My song of songs

    In Orphic sleep
Lilium is fecundated
By the rhythmic longing
Of the great, humming silence

And from that union
Streams forth a Sun hero
Radiant in prismatic gold,
Love upon His lips

The crystalline Word delights
In the music of the spheres;
The midnight Sun
Resplendent in choral beatitude

Heaven beholds the Earth maiden
In her violet raiments
Wooing with mantra and melody
Until the droplet returns to the ocean

And the Divine Iris
Sings to the bee
With the intangibly sweet voice
Of immortal fragrance

This, too, is my song
Harmonic hands in prayer.
My one true eternal Love song
My song of songs
